On our website, we offer payment through the service of payment provider PayPal (Europe) S.à.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal,L-2449 Luxembourg as well as Stripe Inc., 354 Oyster Point Boulevard, South San Francisco, California, 94080, USA (hereinafter "Payment Provider")

In order to comply with German as well as EU VAT law, we are obliged to add the respective VAT rate to our sales prices according to the customer´s origin. We determine the data necessary for this from the customer's IP address at the time of the order. The corresponding location determination based on the above IP address is carried out by the following two third party providers Maxmind and GeoPlugin

In order to successfully complete the payment process, personal data is automatically transmitted to Payment Provider The personal data transmitted to Payment Provider are usually first name, last name, address, e-mail address, telephone number or other data in connection with the respective order.

Personal data exchanged between Payment Provider and the controller may be transmitted by Payment Provider to credit reporting agencies. The purpose of this transmission is to verify identity and creditworthiness. The data subject has the possibility to revoke his/her consent to the processing of personal data vis-à-vis Payment Provider at any time. A revocation does not affect personal data that must be processed, used or transmitted for (contractual) payment processing.

Generally, we use all this information to fulfill the obligation of proof of our purchase activities, sales and collected VAT to the local tax authorities. Furthermore, we use a part of the data to run customer service, like creating invoices, providing download links or running the user area as well as creating and improving FAQs - we do NEVER share this information with third parties.

User will receive emails that may include company news, User information, updates pertaining to their order and related product or service information, etc. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include unsubscribe links at the bottom of each email or User may contact us via our Site.
